CT of the comminuted humeral fracture demonstrates fat just adjacent to the superior aspect of the glenoid. Notice the same attenuation between this and the fat inferior to the clavicle to the right of the image. The black arrow indicates fat, the white arrow indicates blood. Notice the interface between the two on this image.
